We had our first kick-start meeting in Helsinki on Tuesday, 4 September 2012 and we had 14 enthusiastic volunteers meeting and discussing many details as to how we can make this years Diwali celebrations and it was fun meeting some old members of our team and some new faces.. in all it was an excellent start to a big event...
Second meeting was on Wednesday, 12 September 2012 in the Fennia Restaurant in Leppävaara and we had already some nice plans and we decided lot of new stuff and the location planning was tough but the decision was finally made and the cultural programs were discussed and approved...
Our latest meeting was on Thursday, 20 September 2012 at 17:45 back to our head quarters in Helsinki and few like me attended the meeting over the conference call and it was a bit tough for me to follow people ..specially when they were eating something....
Now we have lot of things in place...
